Cloisonne brown and blue enamel Sea Horse vintage pendant. Fair wearable vintage condition with wear to one side. First set of pictures shows the intact side. Second side has small amount of enamel loss around the flower in the center of the sea horse. 

Pendant measures 2 inches tall and 15/16ths of an inch wide.
