This beautifully simple numeric Advent candle is from Sweden, where, in most homes, illuminated candles brighten the long winter nights. Light the candle each evening from the First of December, burning the candle down just enough to mark each passing December night. Total burn time is about 60 hours, so it takes a little more than two hours to burn from one day's marker to the next. Made in Sweden, 100% stearin, which burns cleaner and more efficiently than paraffin. 8" tall x nearly 2 1/2" wide.

As with all candles, take care in use. Burn in a draft-free spot, and do not burn unattended. We also offer a simple metal you may wish to use, too, when you burn your candle.
